As President & Founder of the Cataract & Refractive Marketing Group (CRM Group), Michael W. Malley has played an active role in advancing the latest breakthroughs in cataract & refractive surgery. These include launching many of the first Femtosecond cataract campaigns in the United States, successfully launching two of the first advertising campaigns for the Wavelight Refractive Suite, being the first to introduce KAMRA Corneal Inlays in New York City and Las Vegas, creating one of the first Restor television campaigns, developing one of the first iDesign advertising campaigns and launching the first HD Lens television campaigns promoting the world’s most accurate IOL. We were also the first marketing/consulting firm to create a national performance-based LASIK advertising campaigns for Pandora on a cost-per-lead basis.

As President & Founder of the Cataract & Refractive Marketing Group (CRM Group), Michael W. Malley has played an active role in advancing the latest breakthroughs in cataract & refractive surgery.
Project Manager and Senior Designer
Alex started working at CRM in March 2010. Throughout her years of working at CRM, her design skills, work ethic and attitude has helped shaped CRM to the solid foundation it is today. As the Project Manager and Senior Designer, she is in charge of production and website management. In her spare time, she’s an active personal trainer helping individuals achieve their fitness goals.
Breanna is a graduate of TCU and spent a few years working with some groundbreaking companies in Bar Harbor, Maine. We were lucky enough to snag her and she is the lead designer on some of our largest accounts and works closely with Ashley on social media. After 4.5 years in the beautiful town of Bar Harbor, Breanna returned home for some warmer weather with her fiancé, dog, boots and running shoes in tow.
Devin is the latest addition to the creative department. She believes that in utilizing the works of visual communication, our clients will have an edge in today’s digital marketing world. Currently her weekends are dedicated to the fine arts, volunteer work at the local animal shelter, and spending time with her two fluffy American Eskimos.
Social Media & Account Coordinator
Ashley is a recent University of Texas graduate who began working for CRM Group in 2015. She serves as a member of our client liaison team and assists clients with their social media needs. She also works closely with our digital media partners and serves as one of our copywriters. As a Longhorn alum, she loves all things burnt orange, but above all else she loves making our clients happy!
Web Development Manager
As Web Development Manager at CRM, Jim plans and manages activities and projects that support all of our web services. He provides leadership and direction in planning, developing and maintaining all of our client’s web environments. Whether you need help testing new technology or you need a solution to a functional or technical problem, Jim and his team are able to effectively and efficiently support you every step of the way.

David is a well-seasoned technologist and strategist. David has been creating, designing, and maintaining personal and professional websites since 2005. David has that unique ability to craft meaningful connections between people and their mission to media and technology. David’s professional theory is centered on the idea that professional relationships should begin with a handshake, not a text. David has been involved with numerous technologies and has been the common link in the successful launch of many up-and-coming websites.
Senior Editor Michael Green is a 30-year veteran of video production. Whether for broadcast, in-house or online delivery, your video content needs are well served by his decades of editing experience, visual creativity and attention to detail.
Erich J. Horn, MBA
Erich has provided accounting and support services for CRM since 2012. While counting the beans, his focus on customer service and teamwork helps propel the strategic direction of CRM and its clients. He remains a member of Phi Chi Theta National Coed Business Fraternity, and the founder of Alpha Omega Coed National Business Fraternity and co-founder of Ruff Street Animal Rescue.
After a successful career with CBS media, Kandi joined CRM to oversee our traditional media buying and development. On our client’s behalf, she negotiates annual media strategies for television, radio, digital media, print and outdoor media. Underneath the niceness of her sales-oriented personality is a negotiator who battles for lower media rates in some of the largest markets in the country. In her spare time, she enjoys overseeing the educational and romantic pursuits of her three sons.
